Call for entries schedule
We would like to extend an invitation to participate in our upcoming contests! All entries must be family friendly. All entries will be asked to submit digitally either on cd, or by email to alliemayphotography@gmail.com . Fees must be paid before submissions will be considered. We accept checks, cash, MC, VS, DS. You can call this in, drop it off or mail it in at the contact info below. All entries will be previewed for acceptance. Submitting does not guarantee acceptance. The accepted pieces will be presented in the gallery for one month and must have a tag in the lower right corner of the back of the piece labeled with your name show title, price if applicable( if not put NFS) and leave a spot for your vendor number if you haven’t already been given it. Make an identical one to go on the front. Please make sure your photo has a wire hanger for hanging. Your liability information sheet must be signed and your gallery information form filled out when you drop off your accepted entries. For photographs all entries must be framed, no smaller than an 8x10 image and no larger than a 16x20 image. The following schedule runs thru the first of the year. You may submit your fee/s ($5/ entry per piece limit 4 per artist) with your digital entries anytime just make sure they are clearly labeled as to which call of entry they are for. Please note acceptance will be notified per the schedule. Entry fees are non-refundable. Opening will be on Saturdays during normal business hours, 10-5 Artists are invited to be here during any portion of the day to meet and greet! Please remember to advertise your opening and get your family and friends here!! You will be notified ahead of the opening if you place! Awards will be on the pieces for the opening!
